Is Tequila a Healthy Alcohol?

Mexico's dignity, joy, and a pie and savoury margarita are some of the main ingredients of the cocktail. Tequila is a refined spirit made from b lue agave. This succulent plant grows mainly in the area around the town of Tequila in the western state of Jalisco and the Jalisco Highlands.  The tequila designation is guarded, applied only to a spirit made from blue agave, and is created in certain areas appointed by the Mexican government. Other spirits made from agave are called mezcal.   Many articles on the internet link Tequila with agave's health advantages, but the plant loses its beneficial properties during the fermenting process. Tequila offers no proven advantages related to:   Bone viscosity   Blood sugar   Colon health   Enjoying Tequila offers the same advantages and risks as the average consumption of any alcohol.
