What Makes Mexican Food Spicy?

Mexican food is a blend of all things good. You name an ingredient and it will be there in Mexican cuisines.    Right from onions, garlic, chili powder, herbs, to spices, it makes them spicy and worth eating .    When we talk about t raditional Mexican cuisine, it has a distinct taste and is m ade up of a few common ingredients as mentioned in the beginning.      These ingredients might seem common, simple and not so unique.
